Upon placing an order, these policies must be agreed to by you, the customer.

*FOR ALL ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD, GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID AND MATCHING CREDIT CARD ARE NEEDED FOR CUSTOMER NAME AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING FULFILLED.*

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items are thoroughly checked for damages at time of order fulfillment.
Electronics are checked for workability at time of fulfillment and are covered under manufacturer warranties. For warranty inquiries please CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER.
ORDER POLICY

Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time.
All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours. Please pick up, or pay by e transfer for your order in this time frame during store hours. If you are unable to pick up your order during this time frame, please send us an e transfer of the full amount to hold your order. Once your order is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. If the item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you via email or phone. Please note, in this situation, we will not fulfill your order or mark it ready for pickup until we receive a response.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to a wait time of 24 hours. Orders are shipped once full payment is received. All orders are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. This includes tracking and insurance up to $100. If a package arrives damaged or is lost during transport, a claim is to be submitted through Canada Post. We are not responsible for your additional postage costs. We only ship the exact items ordered as well as to the address given and name specified. If you have given us the incorrect information, you must make the necessary changes and pay for re-shipment. In the case that you have ordered the wrong item and do not respond during the appropriate time your order will be shipped as it is as per the original order. You will need to pay for return shipping and re-shipping. Any refunds given for these issues will have shipping costs deducted. 
In the event of a holiday, or increased volumes for shipments for Canada Post, deliveries may be delayed. We will be able to provide you with the status of your order through your tracking number, However, will not be able to provide an exact time of delivery.
Any product defects or damages are to be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of product. After 24 hours damages will not be accepted.

FOR ALL PICK UP ORDERS PLEASE BRING CREDIT CARD USED AND MATCHING PHOTO ID. ORDERS WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT THIS BEING PROVIDED.
