Upon placing an order, these policies must be agreed to by you, the customer.

ORDER POLICY
Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time.
All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 24 hours. Please pick up, or pay by e transfer for your order in this time frame during store hours. If you are unable to pick up in this time frame, please send us an e transfer of the full amount to hold your order. Once your order is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. If the item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you via email or phone. Please note, in this situation, we will not fulfill your order or mark it ready for pickup until we receive a response.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items are thoroughly checked for damages at time of order fulfillment.
Electronics are checked for workability at time of fulfillment and are covered under manufacturer warranties. For warranty inquiries please CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are not shipped until full payment by e transfer is received. All shipments are fulfilled using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. This includes tracking and insurance up to $100. If a package arrives damaged or is lost during transport, a claim is to be submitted through Canada Post.

DEELEEO LOCAL DELIVERY
Deeleeo deliveries are same day by 7pm via contactless drop off. Delivery cost may be increased based on your delivery preferences and the items you are ordering. You will be contacted prior to fulfillment if your delivery requires an extra charge.
